Who is Big Red?
Big Red is a 1995 Pierce 80' aerial fire truck with a 750 gallon per minute Snorkel at the tip of the ladder. The truck is privately owned and stationed at A Sign Factory, located at 6720 District Blvd. (STATION 51) as we call it. Everyone loves the sights and sound of a fire engine. To see the sparkle in a child's eye when they are sitting in the Engineers seat holding the steering wheel is Priceless. Adults alike, seeing and touching the valves, getting an explanation of the truck and ladder is something most folks do not get to experience. A 15' x 20' American Flag can be attached to the top of the ladder and flown with PRIDE.
